A 600-Pound Conn. Man Says His Landlord Is Evicting Him And His Mom Because Of His Weight

I've never heard of someone getting evicted for their weight. Unfortunately it did happen to a man from Connecticut.  A 600-pound Conn. man says his landlord is evicting him and his mom because of his weight problem. The 25-year-old tenant lives with his mother in a small apartment in New Haven.

The 600 -pound can hardly move but when he does move around it's causing damage to the apartment. That's why he claims his family is being evicted out of the Ridgeview Condominiums apartment.

The floor and tub are sinking in the bathroom and the family says the toilet doesn't flush anymore. Resources said the family has paid their rent on time every month.

The family has not been given enough time to find a new place to live.
