It's normal for college students to try and save money by buying used textbooks.  But happens when you get a used book that has a bag of white powder in it?

Imagine taking a class on terrorism and finding a white substance in your textbook.  Well that is exactly what happened to Sophia Stockton, a junior at Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas.

She is taking a spring course on terrorism and decided to save money by buying her textbook, “Understanding Terrorism: Challenges, Perspectives and Issues” through Amazon.com. She received the book and began flipping through it when a bag filled with white powder fell to the ground.

Fearing the bag was anthrax, she took it to the Gardner Police Department.  They took the powder and ran tests on it.  It turns out the substance was not anthrax, but about $400 worth of drugs.

I'm not sure if the police can track down where the drugs came from, but I bet whoever misplaced it is pretty upset.
