A Refreshing Twist To Your Iced Tea

With Summer here and the temperatures high, it’s nice to enjoy a nice glass of iced tea. This summer why not try drinking a glass of tea with a nice little twist.
I am the type of person who hates the same thing over and over, so I always try new recipes. Even when it comes to drinks. In my household, we drink a lot of tea so I decided to find new ways to drink it.
Over the past couple months I’ve been experimenting and have found some things that are really good. How about lemonade iced tea. That actually isn’t anything new, but I’ve changed it up just a bit.
Take your (homemade) lemonade and pour it into ice cube trays. Freeze it. Then the next time you go to get a refreshing glass of iced tea, use the lemonade ice cubes instead. This makes your drink nice and cold and gives the tea a little added flavor.
Another great way to drink tea is to add a little juice. Minute Maid makes a juice that is called Enhanced Pomegranate Blueberry. It is yummy by itself, but if you add some of that to your iced tea, you get a new exciting and delicious flavor.
