A Teen’s Videos About Cheating Death Go Viral After His Death [VIDEO]

Nothing hurts more than losing a child.  Well 18-year-old Ben Breedlove’s family  not only lost their son, but they lost him on Christmas Day.  After his death, a few videos surfaced of him talking about cheating death.

Texas teenager Ben Breedlove’s videos surfaced yesterday.  They were quite inspiring.  He sits alone in silence while telling his story through hand written cards.

Breedlove suffered from a condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition in which one part of the heart is thicker than the other parts, making it difficult for the heart to pump blood.

You can tell from the videos that he was an amazing kid.  He had two Youtube channels were he gave advice and talked about his own life.  As hard as it is for his family, I feel that his experiences were preparing him for what was to come.

As far as Kid Cudi being there, I have no explanation. But he did leave a message on his blog:

“I am so sad about Ben Breedlove,” Kid Cudi wrote on his Tumblr blog. “I watched the video he left for the world to see, and him seeing me in detail, in his vision really warmed my heart. I broke down, I am to tears because I hate how life is so unfair. This has really touched my heart in a way I cant describe, this is why I do what I do. Why I write my life, and why I love you all so much.

“Life is really f—- up sometimes, but I know Ben is at Peace, and I hope he gets a chance to sit and talk with my Dad. We love you Ben. Forever. Thank you for loving me. To Ben’s family, you raised a real hero, he’s definitely mine. You have my love,” the 27-year-old rapper wrote before signing off with his real name, Scott Mescudi.
