A ‘Tire Slasher’ On The Loose In Amarillo [VIDEO]

Look closely. Do you know this person?

The owner of this pickup truck has had his tires slashed repeatedly. If you look closely you can see a man slash all four tires of this pickup truck. The tire slasher hides from passing cars as he does his work that was all captured on video.
