Amarillo Family Asks Community To Help Recover Stolen Property (Photos)

An Amarillo family is reaching out to the community for your help at finding their hot-air balloon with trailer that was stolen last-night/early morning from their drive-way.

This happened last-night between 9:30 pm and 7am in the Western & Plains st. area. The trailer is a pop top trailer and says Amarillo Drifter on the side. The stolen property has been reported to to police, FAA, and FBI since it is an aircraft. Theft of an aircraft is a federal offense. So if the thieves are caught they face federal charges!
