Wow!  Some things words simply can not describe or explain.  Some things my mind just can't fathom.  Breaking news out of Amarillo, TX.  A 2 year old child was killed in a house fire Monday morning.  The parents weren't even there when the fire took place :(

My heart truly goes out to this family as they suffer through this tragic incident.

Pro News 7 reports on the horrific situation:

No adults were home at the time of a house fire that killed a 2-year-old boy early Monday morning, authorities said.

The deceased child was originally called a "small baby" by fire officials but it has since been confirmed it was a 2-year-old child.

The child's 7 year old brother was injured in the fire as well.  Reports say 3 other children were there, up to ages 13, and they made it out safely.

What is up with this mess!?

A 13 year old is old enough to baby sit, right?  So I can't totally blame the parents here, but I feel like the 13 year old can't be blamed either!?

What a terrible thing to have to go through.

Firefighters are still investigating the cause of the fire.

It's hard to not want to point fingers in this situation, but somebody has to take responsibility.  Who do you think it rests with?
