Amarillo Police Chase, 2 Females Arrested, 1 Male Suspect Still Being Located
APD was out to serve a warrant in the northeast side of Amarillo, and the recipient wasn't having it. They spotted the subject in a vehicle, attempted to pull the vehicle over, and a car chase began...and ended...
The chase was canceled by police due to driver's actions, which they will do if the chase grows to a point of endangering citizens.
They located the vehicle, abandoned, but an area search led to 2 female occupants being arrested, while the male driver is still being located.
"The driver has not been located at this time, but the investigation is on-going. Both females were arrested for outstanding warrants and transported to Randall County Jail. Phoutthavong was booked on the outstanding warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, less than 1 gram. Tia was booked on the local traffic warrants."
