Amarillo Teen, Marissa Herrera, Missing Since May 24th, 2013 [PHOTO]

An Amarillo teen has been missing for almost 2 weeks. Her family is desperate to locate her and believe she is in Amarillo.  If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Marissa Herrera, contact the Amarillo Police department immediately!

She's 17, and they believe she is with a young man. He is a 19 year old Amarillo resident. According to sources, she was sent to Tennessee by her sister and mom to live with her mom. This was in an effort to get her away from the boy, who the family believe is "bad news".  She came up missing on Friday, May 24th, and they have not heard from her since.

The family has put up posters and fliers all over the place, and they still have not located her.

You can see her photos at the top of this post. Give them a good look. Put yourself in her family's position.  They simply want to know she is okay and mend things.  The fact is, family should always come first.  So help this desperate family. Ease a worried mother's mind. Do the right thing.
