Amarillo Woman Hits High School Student In Mr Gatti’s Parking Lot And Just Leaves

An Amarillo family, along with Amarillo Police, are looking for a female driver that ran over a high school student in the parking lot of Mr. Gatti's and fled the scene.  Several students were leaving, and while walking to their vehicles, one was struck by a vehicle.  He suffered injuries to his face, arms and a knee, none life-threatening thankfully.

The Amarillo Police Department provides this description of the driver and vehicle:

"The driver of the suspect vehicle was described as a white female with blonde hair. The vehicle was described as a small red sports car, possibly a Ford Mustang."
