Okay so I get this call from Chris, who's last name will remain anonymous.  Basically it's about the Borger police department and how they treat children.  The question, are police officers above the law?

Well here's what went down, Chris went to pick up his little brother from the police station.  3 teen boys 17 years old were picked up for M.I.P. Chris' little brother was one of the teens, but his brother didn't have anything in his possession to be charged with.  Yet he still got an M.I.P.

Moving forward, the story is while the teens were in handcuffs, one of the police officers involved in the arrest started actually threatening the teens!  Talking down to them, like he is some how about them.  Even going so far as to say to one of the teens in handcuffs "you wanna start sh*t with me?  I'll beat your a$s!"  Directly from the mouth of the cop that went to the teens in question.

Now, I don't know Chris or his little brother, and I don't know whether or not the little brother had anything in his possession to get him the charge he now faces.  What I do know is I have been subjected to this treatment by cops and I'm sure many of you have as well.  I ask, what is a cops duty?  Is it not to Serve & Protect?  Not BULLY and act like your somehow holier then everyone else because they wear a badge!?

Who feels the cops went to far on this one?  Who feels like cops always go to far?  What scenario have you been involved in that put you on the receiving end of this type of treatment by police?
