Armed Bank Robbery Of Texas Plains Federal Credit Union – Suspect Photos

An armed bank robbery took place around 4:30 Monday afternoon, February 3rd, 2014 in Amarillo.  Texas Plains Federal Credit Union, at 804 S Madison, was robbed by a man claiming to have a gun.  I say "claiming" due to the fact that the suspect kept his left hand in his jacked pocket and told the clerk he "had a gun in his pocket" and to "give her all the money".  The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, but left behind a great picture of the vehicle he was driving!  A few pictures of the suspect and a pretty good description have been provided as well.

The suspect is described as a white/black mixed race (blaucasian) male in his 20’s.  He's estimated to be between 5’8” and 6’ tall (yes I realize that is a good 4 inch differential) with a "slim build".  He has "extremely curly hair", which was pulled down over his face as you'll see in the pictures.  He was wearing dark pants, a red colored shirt with a light colored, possibly blue, goose-down "puffy" type jacket.

He was driving a white Ford F150 (pictured below) and was last seen driving westbound on SW 8th Ave.  I'm informed that the front tag is "possibly" 38WXD8.

There was another person in the passenger seat, but we don't have any information on them at this time...
