Big Sean sent the crowd into a frenzy when he performed his two I Decided. singles, "Bounce Back" and "Moves" at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards.

Under the glow of blue stage lights, the ever-energetic Detroit MC started things off with the Metro Boomin-produced "Bounce Back," jumping around the stage with the same passion he had when he emerged on the scene years ago. Then it was time for "Moves," a similarly mellow, but quick-paced standout from his most recent album. You can see some of the performance for yourself in the video below.

Back in January, Big Sean's "Bounce Back" was certified Gold by the RIAA after selling 500,000 copies. The plaque was a great way to start off 2017, which saw the G.O.O.D. Music artist drop I Decided in February. I Decided. has been one of his most well-received projects to date. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Big Sean gave a bit of background about the concept behind the new album.

“The story of the album is: imagine you went through life and you made all the wrong decisions your whole life,” Sean said at the time. “You get to the end of your life and your at a moment where it’s like, ‘God, I did everything wrong. I didn’t work it out with the love of my life. I messed it up with my parents. I’m not doing the job I was sent here to do on Earth.’ So the album is basically a chance of like having that wisdom of an old man while you’re young and going through life and figuring it out.”

One week after being released, I Decided. landed at No. 1 on the Billboard chart, so whatever Big Sean did to put himself in the mode to record the album clearly worked out for the best.
