On the night of September 26th, many people saw a strange light over the Amarillo sky.  It's described as a "big looking star", but it's far from that, or even a UFO.  As Brian James pointed out, it was simply a weather balloon.  If you mistook it for a UFO, don't worry, I've done the same thing before...
