Canyon’s Imperial Taproom Delays Opening For Another Month

The original open date was August 30th.

The town of Canyon was excited to find out that a new restaurant was opening on the town square. Imperial Taproom will offer Canyon something completely unique - a variety of craft beers, fine dining, Sunday brunch, and a modern atmosphere, all in one location.

Imperial Taproom was supposed to open on August 30th, which is only a few weeks away. However, they will delay the opening another week because of construction.

Right now, the restaurant is set to open on September 9th.

Imperial Taproom will have 22 beer taps, 75 revolving bottles, and menu items like steak, brisket, salmon, and burgers.

Since Canyon passed a law allowing alcohol within city limits, restaurants have been making changes to accommodate alcohol sales. Feldman's and Sayakomarn's both renovated their buildings and installed bars, offering full drink menus. Pepito's has started serving alcohol as well. Buffaloes in Canyon was the only restaurant that was previously allowed to serve alcohol on the premises.
