‘Casey J’ Takes On ‘Smooth Condition’ For This Weeks Battle In Kiss Fm’s Artist Of The Year

So excited about all the great local talent we’ve been hearing throughout the weeks. This weeks featured local artists are ‘Casey Jay’, who’s a very talented kid out of east-ridge. He is going up against a band that performs all over town in pubs and bars. This is a group called ‘Smooth Condition’. Listen to both artist song submissions and vote below at our poll.

Hi my name is Casey Jay Inthavong, I was born in Amarillo, TX  but raised in Providence RI. I am 19 years old and I’m currently a Tattoo Apprentice. I love music and art. I also play the guitar and sing every now and then. I like performing when I get the chance to. Music makes my day go by much easier and I don’t think I can go a day without it. I think everyone should take some time out their day to listen to a few songs and relax.

Smooth Condition

We are Smooth Condition from here AMARILLO TX… Est. in 2011, we play your favorite cover tunes with an acoustical jazz and R&B twist.

Our band includes, The Ever so Lovely Joy Garcia on Vocals, Vic Garcia on Keys/Guitar, Jamaal Louis on Drums/Bass Guitar and last but def not least is our Sax player Luis Arenas.  Our music include those of artists such as Bruno Mars, Adele, Beyonce and Far East Movement. We frequently play at Butlers Martini Bar, El Braceros, Acapulcos, Tacos Garcia and many other places.

We love doing private events like weddings, birthday bashes, anniversaries, and house parties. Smooth Condition has been apart of many great events so far, last year we did a private party for The Ryan Palmer Foundation, Studio 4 KAMR, and We’ve been Live on KISS FM! At this time we’ve been working finishing up our demo and playing music around the Texas Panhandle.
