Have You Seen This Mysterious Car Driving Around Amarillo? [PHOTOS]

I must admit, when I first saw this car, I thought it was another Stanly Marsh crazy piece of art work.  You've seen some of the cars he sends his team out in right?  Well, at first glance, I thought this was just another one of those cars.  So I proceeded to chase the guy down, and get some pics, and see what was really going on.

After talking to the guy behind the wheel, and getting a good look at the device that is strapped to the hood of the car, it was definitely not a Stanly Marsh stunt!

What your seeing on the top of this car, is a GPS machine that logs data as the car is being driven around.

The project is for Bing Maps and Nokia.  They'll be doing this in all cities across the nation, driving down every single street in the city, in order to log all streets, so that their navigation and GPS for Bing Maps is completely up to date!
