Pizza is usually looked at as a inexpensive and tasty dinner option, but one Houston family didn't get the memo.

According to ABC 13, the couple was charged more than $1,600 for a Domino's Pizza order that should have been less that $20.

Domino's officials investigated the mishap after the family complained, and possibly others, who could have been charged for potentially outstanding pizza orders.

Domino's released a statement saying the wrong payment amounts were charged on Friday (February 8th) due to an error, and they are currently working with their payment vendor to correct the issue.
