It is a dangerous world out there. Being sexually active with people you don't know can end terribly. For this woman, it wasn't a random one night stand that ended with her contracting AIDS, it was her unfaithful boyfriend. At least that's what it seems from the video.

You can clearly hear the woman screaming at the man for giving her the disease. She goes off (rightfully so) for the entire train ride. Then when it stops he tries to drag her off of the train. A bystander helps keep her on the train.
