Is It True That Women Like To Mow The Lawn More Then Men Do?

I don't know if you have noticed this yet, but I always see women mowing their lawns. Why is that? It just looks different to me. Coming from a big city usually the mowing is left up to the man. With that said I'm not saying that mowing the lawns is just a mans job because women are just as capable of mowing the lawn too. But women don't like sweating which causes make-up to smear and that's why I would think women wouldn't want to be out in the hot conditions and mowing! After living here for 4 years now I have noticed many women mow their lawns why their husbands are pulling weeds or using the leaf blower. So my question is. Who handles the mowing responsibilities at your house the man or woman?
