It’s heating up outside and you know what that means. People will be hitting the local Walgreens to load up on sunscreen, at least if they are smart they will be.
Not only can too much sun exposure be painful, it can also be dangerous. So, remember to apply sunscreen often and use and ample amount. There is no such thing as too much sunscreen.
I can’t count the times that I went to the pool or lake with friends and ended up “falling asleep” on the shore or beside the pool, only to wake up with the absolute worst sunburn ever. Nothing hurts more than having severely burnt feet! So, don’t forget to slather some sunscreen on them as well!
