Justin Bieber Tweets Fans To Keep Sean Kingston In Prayers After Ski Accident

After hearing word about Sean Kingston, Justin Bieber took his hands off his hot girlfriend Selena Gomez long enough to whip out his I-Phone and tweet fans to say a little prayer for Sean.  I've read the latest news is Kingston is out of the trauma unit and been moved into the intensive care unit.  He remains in critical condition but has been stabilized.  All this according to TMZ and they're sources.
