She wasn't lying when she said she wanted to go out dancing.

Kylie Minogue shimmers, shimmies and has the time of her life in her effervescent, joyful new music video for "Dancing," the international pop diva's lead single off her upcoming studio album, Golden.

In the clip, Minogue, holed up in a motel room with nothing but her rhinestone cowgirl guitar to keep her company, fantasizes about getting down on the dance floor. Turning on the vintage television set in front of her, she finds herself performing at a Porter Wagoner Show-esque shindig, which evenutally results in a glittery honky-tonk disco bonanza. (Current country leanings aside, Kylie is Kylie, after all.)

Kylie Minogue's fourteenth studio album, Golden, is out April 6. Minogue's last non-holiday album, Kiss Me Once, was released in March 2014.

Produced by Sky Adams and written by Minogue, Steve McEwan and Nathan Chapman, "Dancing" was released via BMG on January 19.
