Local Woman Holds Inspirational Sign Around Town

All week people on Facebook have been posting pictures of a local Amarillo woman holding up a sign around different parts of the city.

Who is this woman? Why is she holding up this sign? Just a few questions people are wondering about. We decided to ask this woman what is her purpose of holding up a sign that says "You are important." Her name is Dawn and her purpose is to spread love and positivity to everyone.

She has been seen around town for the last couple of weeks holding her sign. For the most part people who have drove by her have been kind but she stated that she has received some negativity and people flipping her off.
