Package Thief Terrorized An Amarillo Porch [VIDEO]

Say Cheese! Do you know this porch thief? Amarillo Crime Stoppers is looking for any leads or help to the arrest of this man.

Surveillance video shows man approaching the home on his bike grabbing a package of someones porch and riding off into the darkness. The man is still on the loose and Crime Stoppers would like your help identifying the man. Seems to me this guy knew about the package and waited till over-night to steal the package. This is not the only time this has happened matter of fact a lot of home-owners packages have came up missing off their porches after being delivered by companies.
