Love & Hip Hop, K. Michelle, Claims Memphitz Wright Abused Her In Relationship
September 5, 2012 12:14 PM K. Michelle is about to step into court for a lawsuit filed by Memphitz Wright for defamation of character, after she went on Love & Hip-Hop, Atlanta and spoke out about Wright beating her during their relationship.
K. Michelle tells TMZ that she isn’t scared of the lawsuit and stands by her story 100%, that the music producer abused her when they were together.
K. Michelle tells us, “I¹ve always been told that the truth shall set you free. I stand behind my story 100%. I came on the ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ show mainly because I wanted to give a voice and bring light to a very serious issue.”
“I am very grateful to VH1 and Monami Ent. for the opportunity to tell my story, and touch lives worldwide … I look forward to having my day in court and finally having the truth of my story confirmed in a court of law.”
Wright is suing Michelle over comments made on the shows premiere this season, as she talked about an unnamed producer that “beat her ass” during their relationship. Yet, Memphitz says he never ever laid a hand on her and is suing for millions of dollars in damage!
I can’t say I don’t believe her, why on Earth would she just be making this up? The way she says “beat her ass”, that’s deep, that’s not like a little push or anything, that infers some pretty abusive behavior! But it’s all allegedly for the time being, and the world keeps turning…
