We all know that A-list celebrities feel they can do whatever they want and get away with it.  But spreading herpes is crossing the line, and there is a lawsuit to prove it.

An unknown male A-list celebrity is being sued by and unknown plaintiff for knowingly giving her herpes.  According to TMZ a lawsuit was filed by Attorney Keith Davidson, against and internationally know male worth more than $100 Million.

Hmmm, does this sound like a scam?  I don't know.  But this is what the lawsuit states.  The plaintiff met the celebrity in Las Vegas on April 1st.  He then lured her to his luxurious room.  It also states that the celebrity clearly stated that he had no venereal diseases.  (Yeah like I believe that part.)

Then, it goes on to state that they watch some adult films and engaged in "mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse."  Oh and not to mention it was all videotaped!

Now I am not anyone to judge, but if you are willing to have unprotected sex with someone you just met, celebrity or not, you should be ready for the consequences.  That doesn't mean that I think its ok.  The celebrity is totally in the wrong, if this is true.  The plaintiff is suing for $20 million.

And since this story broke, there are several porn companies offering to buy the sex tape.  Youporn.com has offered $1 million, while another unnamed company has offered more.  Wow!  Looks like the plaintiff has a chance to make money even if he/she loses the lawsuit.

So you do you think it is? Charlie Sheen?  Tiger Woods?  Share your thoughts.
