Monday Night Flooding Causes Local Phone Outages

Due to last-nights rain that cause major flooding in Amarillo has also affected several city phone lines. According to the City Of Amarillo the affected areas are :

"The City departments including City Hall, Transit, Public Health, Service Center, Animal Management & Welfare, Amarillo Emergency Communications Center Administration, Office of Emergency Management Administration, City Clinic, Facilities Administration, Civic Center Administration and the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts."
