Mother Crashed Car With Her 2 Kids And After Drinking 3 1/2 Bottles Of Wine

This has to be the IDIOT of the day. A mother out of Florida was pulled over after fleeing the scene of an accident her and her 2 kids were involved in. She struck another vehicle and a trailer and did not stop. She later was pulled over by state patrol and admitted to them that she had drank 3 1/2 bottles of wine that day.
One of her kids handed over a cup of wine to the state patrol as they were pulled over. There were no injuries. Mother is accused of two DUI charges and one count of leaving a crash scene, all misdemeanors.
Wait…Misdemeanor!
C’mon she deserves more of a harsher punishment then a misdemeanor.
What in the right mind would allow her to get behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol putting her 2 children at DANGER.
