Amarillo will host several exciting New Year's Eve events this year.

From masquerade to murder mystery, the New Year's Eve parties in Amarillo will give everyone a thrill.

Here are some of the most fun New Year's Eve parties to ring in 2016 in Amarillo.

  • Amarillo Building's 90th Birthday Celebration

    Amarillo's first skyscraper was opened on New Year's Eve in 1925. This year, the building is celebrating its 90th birthday with a New Year's Eve gala. This will be a one-of-a-kind event, with actors portraying pioneers of the 1920's and jazz musicians playing all night. The event starts at 9:30 p.m. in the building's lobby. Admission is free.

  • Bourbon Club Murder Mystery at the Gallery on 7th

    This is a fun and unique way to ring in the new year. Gallery on 7th will host a murder-mystery party, set in the 1950's at the Bourbon Jazz Club. Solve the death of a fellow party goer before the ball drops. Tickets are $50-$75.

  • Future's Eve Party at Bar Z Winery

    Bar Z Winery is an amazing up-and-coming winery in Canyon and they are ready to impress with their New Year's Eve party. There will be pizza straight from the brick oven, plenty of wine, and entertainment from Deep Diver. Doors open at 8 p.m. and tickets are $10.

  • Masquerade Ball at Pour House

    This will be a joint event with the Wyndham Garden Hotel. There will be drinks, food, photo booths, and party favors. Dance the night away to Smooth Condition, who will be performing at Pour House. The attire is masquerade. Cover charge is $10.
