The suspect involved in the Saturday morning shooting in Pampa, TX has been arrested and charged with one count aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of deadly conduct.  The shooter is in his late teens, 18 year old Nicholas Pearsall, who allegedly shot 28 year old Jamie Agular.  Agular took a bullet to the abdomen and is reported to be in stable condition.  The teenager is in Grey County jail, with a bond of $125,000.

"PAMPA, TEXAS -- UPDATE: PPD has released the identity of the victim involved in the Saturday morning shooting. 28-year-old Jamie Agular is in stable condition. Nicholas Pearsall is in the Gray County Jail with a bond of $125,000.

The Pampa Police Department has arrested and charged a teenager for allegedly shooting a Pampa woman.

Pampa Police Officers were called to the 500 Block of East Foster Avenue Saturday morning around 6:30 p.m. Once on scene, officers found a female who they say suffered a single gunshot wound to her abdomen. She was taken to Pampa Regional Medical Center, but later transferred to Northwest Texas Hospital where she is listed in stable condition.

18-year old Nicholas Pearsall has been arrested and charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of deadly conduct. No further details about the shooting have been released."
