Parent Arrested For A Question At School Meeting VIDEO

Okay, this is a total WTF! Robert Small, a concerned parent, was arrested and removed from a school meeting by a police officer after he interrupted Baltimore County Schools superintendent Dallas Dance during the question and answer portion of the forum. He faced 10 years in prison for the interruption. 10 YEARS!!! Did this dude deserve to be arrested?

I wouldn't let my child go to any school that he has anything to do with. God forbid my child interrupt him and end up in jail!
