Amarillo Police have located the missing woman they feared was in serious danger.   Patricia Anne Vaughn Innis was found uninjured at a motel in east Amarillo.  The believed her to have been endangered because her husband, Jeffery Innis, contacted her last night and asked her to meet him so that he could “turn himself in".  She met up with him, and vanished without a trace.  Jeffery was also under a protective order to have no contact with Patricia.

Thankfully, they've both been located, again, she is uninjured, and he was taken into custody without resistance.

Cancel attempt to locate. The missing female has been located and was uninjured. The male suspect was also located and taken into custody. Both were found at an east Amarillo motel.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Mrs. Innis, please call the Amarillo Police Department at 378.3038. If you see either of the two individuals or the vehicle please call 911 immediatley.

The APD is seeking assistance in locating a missing/endangered woman, Patricia Anne Vaughn Innis, white female age 34. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, medium build, and has brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket. No other clothing description is available at this time. She was last seen driving a silver 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Texas license plates BZC-0274. The vehicle was described as being very dirty, and there is a large Harley Davidson sticker on the back window. Officers are concerned about her welfare. She may be with her husband Jeffery Wayne Innis WM age 34. He is 6 feet tall, 230 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Innis is currently wanted on a felony charge of assault on a family member/enhanced due to a previous conviction. The current warrant stems from a 1-16-2014 assault on the missing woman in Amarillo. He is also under a protective order to have no contact with the woman. Investigators have information that Jeffery Innis contacted the woman by telephone last night at about 11:00 PM and asked her to meet him so that he could “turn himself in.” She has not been seen since then. The APD was notified of the situation this morning, and has been looking for the woman since about 1:30 AM. Photographs of the missing woman, the wanted suspect, and the vehicle the woman was driving are attached to this release."
