2 male subjects where arrested after being seen on a late night prowl through an Amarillo neighborhood, walking between houses and peeping into cars.  One can only assume they were looking for a quick jack move.  Unlocked cars with money and items of value.  Thankfully, they weren't packing duct tape, zip ties and a shovel.  A 17 year old was arrested and booked into Randall County on a charge of Criminal Trespass and Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia. Another male juvenile was located in the area. The juvenile was identified and released back to the parents pending further investigation. This investigation is ongoing and additional charges are anticipated.
