A new survey by WeddingWire reveals that the average cost of an engagement ring is $4,758. Read on to see other findings.
- Men, who spend between $2,000 and $4,000 on a diamond engagement ring are 1.3 times more likely to end up divorced than men, who spend between $500 and $2,000
- Couples, who spend more than $20,000 on their ceremony and reception are 3.5 times more likely to divorce than those, who spend between $5,000 and $10,000
- 39% of married couples are less likely to get divorced if they dated for three or more years.
