We now have our second confirmed tornado spotted for the day.  The latest comes from Carson county, about 6 miles south of Panhandle.  Panhandle is expected to be impacted by the twister/storm, moving northeast at 25mph.

Batten down the hatches!  Do people still say that?

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AMARILLO HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
SOUTHERN CARSON COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS...

* UNTIL 430 PM CDT

* AT 349 PM CDT...A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED 6 MILES SOUTH OF
PANHANDLE...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO.

IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE
TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE DAMAGE IS
LIKELY.
