Shooting On Amarillo Blvd
Early Saturday morning, November 8th around 2:50am, after a night at a club on the Fritch Highway, a 26 year old male was the victim of a shooting that took place on Amarillo Blvd near Bivins. While at the club, the victim and a friend had 2 unknown men attempt to start a fight with them. They left, and stopped at a taco stand on the Blvd, where the 2 suspects caught up to them, and things got heated.
After one of the suspects attempted to get the occupants of the car to exit the vehicle, most likely for an altercation, and the occupant refused, out came a gun.
"One of the two suspects took the gun from the other's hand and fired a shot which struck the victim. The victim’s friends then drove away from the shooting scene. The victim was taken into surgery with serious injuries. Neither the victim nor his friends knew who the two men were. The suspect vehicle is a white Dodge Charger with a blue roof."
