Sketch Of Possible Suspect In Southwest Amarillo [PHOTO]
A forensic sketch was released of a possible suspect in the recent robberies that have taken place in southwest Amarillo. Also included is a picture of a male that could have been a witness to the robbery of a local Whataburger, but his identity is unknown.
"Photograph and forensic sketch released 10-1-2014*** If you have any information about the identity of the black male suspect (in the sketch) or the white male witness in the picture, contact the Amarillo Police Department at 378-3038 or Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 374-4400.
ORIGINALLY POSTED TO NIXLE: On 9-27-2014, at 4:45 AM, officers were dispatched to the Whataburger at 4111 SW 45th on an armed robbery. The suspect was described as an unknown race male, fully covered by wearing navy coveralls with a white t-shirt underneath and a hockey mask over his face. He was armed with a handgun and demanded money from the store employees. There were no injuries to the employees and the subject fled the store with an undetermined amount of stolen money."
