It is just about time for kids to get a break from school.  Yes, Spring Break is already here.  Next week many will be going out of town to enjoy their kid's time off.  But what is there to do if you can't go out of town.  How about having a ton of fun at the Don Harrington Discovery Center.

With spring break being days away a lot of parents are trying to figure out how to keep their kids busy.  Look no further, the DHDC has got a week filled with awesome activities for your kiddos.

Monday, March 11th

Amarillo Bulls Day!  Beginning at noon until 4:00 pm, guest will be taught how to hold a hockey stick and hit a puck.  Bulls players will also be signing autographs and answer questions.  The movie showing will be Tornado Alley and show times are 11 am and 2 pm.

Tuesday, March 12th

Time for Tinkering!  There will be some Sid the Science Kids activities for everyone.  The movie will be Sid the Science Kid and show times are 10 am, 11:30 am, 1:15 pm, and 2:45pm.  Reservations for the movie are recommended.

Thursday, March 14th

It's PI Day!  You will be exploring and celebrating the irrational number and they are giving away free pie.  The movie is Tornado Alley and show times are 11 am and 2 pm.  On this day you can also help fight hunger by donating a box of Pop Tarts or a Jar of Peanut Butter to Snack Pak 4 Kids and get $1 off admission.

Friday, March 15th

It is Bubblemania!  Weather permitting, bubble activities will be happening outside.  The movie will be Tornado Alley and show times are 11 am and 2 pm.
