Beyonce has unveiled a list of her 10 favorite songs of 2011 on her website. The list gives plenty of love to female singers and hip-hop artists. Though many critics have Beyonce’s ‘Countdown’ on their year-end lists, Bey went the modest route and did not choose any of her own songs.

DJ Earworm, whom is a San Francisco/London based DJ, started doing the United State Of Pop mashups back in 2007 and has released one every year since. Basically, a mix featuring the top 25 tracks of the year all mashed up into one. They're always very ear catchy and so far 2009's has been my favorite, but hold on, he released 2011's on Christmas Day and it's pretty kick ass!

And maybe marking the beginning of the end! If the Mayan calendar calculations are correct, I only have a year to accomplish so many things!
