So, over the 4th of July Holiday a lot of people went out to cool off at their local water parks.  One woman did just that at a water park in Missouri, however her day of fun didn't end that way because she was thrown out of the park for wearing her bikini.

A black couple planned to wed at a predominantly white church that they attended (but were not members of) in Crystal Springs, MS. A day prior to the nuptials, however, they learned that they were not going to be allowed to exchange vows at the First Baptist Church of Crystal Springs, due to a small minority of white opponents to a black couple marrying at their church.

A 73-year-old Scottsdale, AZ resident is accusing book retailer Barnes & Noble of discrimination after an employee had him booted from the store for shopping by himself in the children’s section.

This is kind of a strange one, but are you a deadly weapon if you have HIV?  Think about it?  you carry the AIDS causing virus in your blood, your saliva, all your bodily fluids.  Does that make you dangerous somehow if you have the disease?  Even worse, are people with HIV or AIDS being treated differently by law and law enforcement then people without it?  The short answer is, yes they are! Today’s seemingly frivolous lawsuit comes courtesy of one Steve Frye, who’s upset that attractive women get into the Playboy Mansion for free while men do not.
