A Potter County Grand Jury has indicted Matthew Zimmerman on a murder charge from for the death of Miranda Zimmerman that took place on March 4th, 2013.  Miranda died from "blunt force trauma to the upper body", meaning she was beat to death by Matthew, he even strangled her as he unleashed his temper on her, ultimately taking her life.

On May 18th, 2013, Amarillo Police were sent to a motorcycle VS motor vehicle collision at 41st & Washington in Amarillo.  A car driven by David Monarez had collided with a motorcycle driven by 34 year old Timothy Nicholas Hilleary.  Monarez had fled the scene of the accident, but was caught up to and brought back.  Hilleary was transported to the hospital, where he died from injuries received

If you live in Amarillo, you've heard the many rumors of eccentric millionaire Stanley Marsh making young boys do strange things for money.  Like swimming across a lake naked or having them take their "thing" out on an elevator full of people.  Well, the man behind the Cadillac Ranch is about to be behind bars, indicted on charges that he sexually assaulted teens.

A Potter County Grand Jury indicted an Amarillo teenager, 19 year old Edwin Elias Ortiz, on a charge of accident involving personal injury or death stemming from a wreck in May that killed an Amarillo woman.

Juan Chavira, the man who hacked off the ears of a pit bull puppy, then left the helpless animal in the trunk of a car to just bleed and cry for help, has been indicted!  I know this story upset many people, so I just wanted to let you all know that justice has been served!

A Dumas man has been indicted by a Potter County grand jury in the death of 2 year old Jalen Hall-Mayes.  Derek Dwayne Henderson, 31, faces charges of injury to a child after he allegedly shook a toddler just hours before the child died.
