naughty card

There's a picture of this very naughty, yet completely awesome, greeting card I guess is what you would call it, circulating the Internet and has people buzzing about it.  A card that basically says, "I like having sex with you, and look forward to having more".  People are going crazy, but is the card appropriate to give to someone you love, or even a booty call for that matter?
