I'm not what you would call a "conspiracy theorist", I would say I "enter everything with doubt".  However, I do have a pet peeve, and just like myself, I think about half of the world's population take offense to people calling hoaxes to situations where people lost their lives.  That truly infuriates me!  But, again, I enter things with doubt, and when I ran across this blog

A reported kidnapping had police officers sent to the 600 block of north Hayes in Canyon after a female caller reported that the biological father of her 9 month old child had been kidnapped.  The man allegedly broke into her house and stole the baby by ripping the child right out of the mother's arms and leaving with the child.

I am all for helping people eat, especially kids.  I love donating to the High Plains Food Bank or Snak Pak for Kids, and I'm even in favor of government assistance.  Although I think everyone deserves to eat, I do feel that some people abuse the help.

A Texas state lawmaker out of Dallas/Ft. Worth is moving to put a ban on plastic bag bans.  State Representative Drew Springer has filed a bill that would make all plastic bag bans invalid in the state of Texas.  This coming recently after the Single Use Plastic Ban was put into place in Austin, TX.

Some parents have sparked some major debate over a controversial photo they posted to the very popular website, Reddit.  The photo has two small children in it both wearing tank-tops with phrases on them that are, lets just say, something a small child shouldn't be wearing.  You could say "less than appropriate" by a long shot!

  I'm just thinking out loud here, but I think instead of sinking a ton of money into man power for "sobriety check points" and just all around increased police officers on the clock due to the overwhelming amount of drunk drivers on New Years Eve.  I think making an initiative to offer free taxi cab rides on New Years Eve in Amarillo would be a very good solution!  Would it stop it all?

Over the season, myself and Tommy the Hacker have been to pretty much every single school there is to do a pep rally.  We've seen the best and worst of them, and in all actuality, there were no "worse".  We were seriously impressed by the amount of school spirit we saw over the past few months!  But what school has the most school spirit?
