If you feel like some roads here in the Texas panhandle are bad, when it comes to the entire state, you are not alone.

I gotta say, I first caught this on Beforeitsnews.com and as I read through it, I thought it was the same old song we've heard a billion times.  We're in "economic decay", unemployment is at a nationwide high, homeless shelters are over-packed, nothing we haven't heard before.  It's like I almost don't see it with my own eyes.  So I checked out the recommended video from the BBC channel
