Outspoken feminist (okay, maybe not) and struggling sock designer Rob Kardashian has yet another issue on his hands: a lawsuit.
The sole Kardashian bro is being sued for assaulting and robbing a photographer, stemming from an incident in March.
Remember how Rob Kardashian stole a female photographer's memory card and probably hit her? It's all her fault because nothing is ever Rob Kardashian's fault, you big bullies.
Now that it's clear he and Rita Ora are never ever getting back together, Rob Kardashian had the wackiest 26th birthday ever -- and most of it had to do with the fact that his mom Kris Jenner tagged along to Las Vegas to celebrate with him.
Or, knowing Kris Jenner, it was the other way around.

Ah, the love between siblings. It's a beautiful thing. Especially when your brother is Rob Kardashian and he insults you for getting pregnant before being married. Or rather, being pregnant without being married to the father of your baby.
To be fair, Kim is married, just not to Kanye West, the father of her fetus. We hate when that happens.

Move over Kim Kardashian. The celebutante is usually at the forefront of family dating rumors, as her relationship with Kanye West deepens. Her little brother Rob found himself in the dating hot seat this past weekend, as rumors abounded that he was stepping out on “casual” lady love Rita Ora with Rihanna.
Rob called into Ryan Seacrest’s morning radio show to clear up the rumors and to clarify what’s going on with Ora, who herself went on record to say that their relationship is not that serious.
