As is often the case, the weirdest sketch from last night's 'SNL' season premiere was easily the funniest in the entire show. The latest in Beck Bennett and Kyle Mooney's series of truly strange sketches and shorts, the scene is an exacting parody of lousy '90s television that sidesteps all obvious jokes in favor of making fun of a very specific kind of TV show.

Former 'SNL' head writer Seth Meyers has made it his business to bring some of those sketches cut from 'SNL' to his own 'Late Night' show, and the results have so far been uproarious. While Will Forte's cut bit got the full sketch treatment a few months ago, Bill Hader didn't need those same bells and whistles. After all, his snipped sketch just involved him putting on a weirdly nuanced impression of '60 Minutes' anchor Bob Simon.

Tracy Morgan ('30 Rock,' 'Saturday Night Live') is in critical condition after a six-vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike early Saturday morning. Morgan had been riding in a limo bus from Dover, Delaware where he performed Friday night.

When Andy Samberg was a cast member on 'SNL,' he routinely set the internet on fire with his digital shorts, but none were as popular as his Lonely Island music videos, which saw him, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone performing hip-hop music that often sounded like the real thing. Andrew Garfield made his 'Saturday Night Live' last night on May 3 to promote this weekend's release of 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2.' Among the best moments included getting help from real-life girlfriend Emma Stone, getting kisses from Chris Martin of Coldplay and daring to question the awesomeness of Beyonce in a faux movie trailer.

Like so many 'SNL' scenes, the "Celebrity Family Feud" sketches are essentially an excuse to let a bunch of different cast members try out a variety of celebrity impersonations. But hey, we're not complaining, especially when they give guest host Andrew Garfield a chance to play a spot-on version of his 'The Social Network' co-star (and frequent 'SNL' host) Justin Timberlake.

We'd already known that 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' star Andrew Garfield would make his 'SNL' hosting debut in early May, but the final hosts of the season web up much more excitement. Not only will Charlize Theron return for her second time on the 'SNL' stage, but distinguished alum and 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' host Andy Samberg will return to make his hosting debut for the finale!

What begins as a fairly typical 'SNL' sketch soon transforms into one of darker sketches the show has put on in recent memory, exploring the dissolution of a marriage thanks to dog food choices. Guest host Seth Rogen and regular cast member Cecily Strong bring their finest comedic chops to the scene, wringing every possible ounce of discomfort out of every moment.

Seth Rogen appeared on 'SNL' last night for the third time in his career and as part of his opening monologue, he got a little help from some friends.

Pharrell sure did have a busy weekend! In addition to celebrating his 41st birthday in style with SpongeBob SquarePants and his friends from Bikini Bottom, Pharrell also appeared on 'Saturday Night Live' last night as the musical guest alongside guest host Anna Kendrick.

When 'SNL' targets television shows, their targets tend to be modern (or at least based on some iconic celebrity). So it was a pleasant and weird surprise when the show went completely retro with a fake commercial for an old show called "Dyke and Fats," a buddy cop series starring two female police officers with very unfortunate nicknames.
