July 3rd a local family went to have dinner at a new popular establishment called Tango's Tacos on Western. Tango's is know for their breakfast tacos and giant burritos. Just recently they have added frozen margarita machines.

The Clemet family was having dinner when their 13 year old son went to the restroom. On the way back he helped himself to a sample of one of the frozen alcoholic beverages. The machines are located behind the counter in a area designated only for employees. not only did the 13 year old grab a sample for himself but he also grabbed on for his mom. After the parents realized that the samples contained alcohol, they asked to speak to a manager.

Here's what management of Tango's Tacos reported to Pronews 7:

"All the margaritas are in the machines clearly labeled strawberry daiquiri, pina colada, margarita," explained Mark Prickett. "General knowledge by the time you're 13 is a daiquiri contains alcohol, in my mind. I can't speak for everyone but I would think that you know it contains alcohol. It's placed there so people know to ask us for a sample."

"Honestly, we don't feel like we've done anything wrong," added Prickett. "We did not serve the child the margarita, the child went behind the counter and helped himself, was in an area that he shouldn't have been in.
