Summertime is in full effect and Wonderland Park is open for business. Whether you love the thrill of huge rollercoasters or just like to take the kids for a day at the amusement park, wonderland has it all.

I remember growing up and the feeling I would get when my dad would tell us to "load up and get in the car. We're going to wonderland". The excitement built and I could not wait. Now, I'm a bit older with a child of my own. Nothing is more fun than to see the look on her face when we tell her we are going to Wonderland Park. Lucky for me she is more brave than most little kids and will ride the fun stuff with dad.

When you're at the park there are definitely some rides that I personally think everyone should ride once. Here is my list of the five rides you must ride while at Wonderland Park.

#1. The Texas Tornado Rollercoaster

Height Restriction: 50" (excluded from RIDE PASS) - 2 Tickets
The Texas Tornado is a double loop roller coaster that will definitely have you gripping the rail. It's super tall and super fast. It may last for less than a full minute, it is definitely worth the wait.

#2. The Cyclone Rollercoaster

Height Restriction: 48" - 1 Ticket
The Cyclone is a small little rollercoaster, but definitely tons of fun. Each time I ride it, I still get freaked out that it might go over the edge. My daughter screams like crazy the whole time. We always enjoy this coaster.

#3. The 'Big Red' Coaster

Height Restriction: 48" - 1 Ticket
This is one of the oldest coasters out at Wonderland, but definitely one of the funnest! Really gets your heart pumping. I remember when I was younger, people would always say that someone was holding their hands in the air and actually flew out of their seat. Of course that wasn't true, but it sure kept my hands down on the crossbar till I got older.

#4 The Himalaya

Height Restriction: 42" - 1 Ticket
Get ready to rock out to some great music as this ride comes with a DJ! This is one of the simplest but funnest rides in the park. Loud music and super fast. It's also known to be the make-out ride. At least it was when I was younger.

#5. The Drop Of Fear

Height Restriction: 50" (excluded from Ride Pass) - 2 Tickets
This is one of the newer additions to the park. It basically takes you 200 feet straight up, then drops you to the ground. Of course, it does it in a safe manner. But, if you like the extreme rides and the ones that leave dizzy and a bit discombobulated, then this is the ride for you!

Tommy The Hacker rides the Drop Of Fear and gives a walk-through of some of the parks rides.
