The Halloween “Honor Bowl” Of Candy System Just Doesn’t Work [VIDEO]

Last year on Halloween, Bill Michaels of the Dwyer and Michaels Morning Show set out a bowl of candy on his front porch.  Next to the bowl was a sign that said "Please take one."  How trust worthy do you think people were with the "honor bowl of candy" system?
